Robert focuses his practice on commercial and general litigation. Robert began his legal career with Earhart Overstreet in 2016 as a paralegal and entered law school in 2019. Upon graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Robert re-joined Earhart Overstreet where he could further his interests in representing businesses and individuals involved in litigation.
His primary focus is on representing individuals in professional negligence matters, including legal malpractice and accounting malpractice as well as helping individuals in licensure proceedings. He also handles general litigation matters, such as breach of contract and employment disputes. His approach to practicing law is rooted in integrity. He understands the impact that legal issues can have on his clients' lives, and he works to achieve the best possible outcome for each and every one of them.
Born in Charleston, Robert has extensive ties to the area. On weekends, he can be found spending time outdoors with his fiancé Amanda and their two golden retrievers, Ned and Tully, or traveling to various sporting events throughout the southeast. Robert is also a member of St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church.
